Paint Marker
This type of marker can write on anything, particularly products and components with a non-penetrative surface such as leather, plastic, tire, mold, steel, wire and glass in addition to paper. |

■Ink variation
Oil-based pigment |
Boasts superior light resistance and water resistance to dye-based ink since it uses pigment; used for products, equipment, tools and carrying implements, etc. stored outside. |
Oil-based dye |
Can be written on any material, but has inferior light resistance to oil-based pigment ink above. It is perfect for marking components that need to show lot for a short period and for products stored indoors. |
Water-based dye |
Can be erased before shipping lot that has been marked by using a wet cloth, etc., making it useful for tests of a product’s surface strength and abrasion resistance. |
|
■Variation in pen width
Approx. 1.0mm-2.0mm, 20mm-40mm, 30mm-170mm, etc. |
■Ink color
Wide variety, including white, black, red, gold, silver, yellow, pink, green, fluorescent pink, fluorescent yellow, etc.
A different color can be written over a color that has already been used.
It has a shielding property to stop opaque ink being absorbed into the surface.

Metallic ball point pen and mechanical pencil

・The
body (exterior) of the pen is made of stainless steel,
so will be detected in a metal detector, as distinct from
plastic writing utensils.
・We have a long history of supply to locations that do not accept metal objects
to be tampered such as food factories, cattle industry and packaging and
processing factories.
・There is no concern with painted material falling off inside the factory since
no paint is applied to the surface of the pen, which is made of stainless steel
(SUS403)
・Two types: Mechanical pencil (0.5mm radius) and oil-based ball point pen (black,
0.7mm radius)

Ink for fluidity test
Various inks are used for industrial tests, including the Company’s fluorescent ink, in 1.8L units.
They are mainly used as liquid to analyze fluidity for model ships such as in the shipbuilding industry.
