MIXABLE INK uniform color “Seasonal Tradition”From November 1 to early January 2019
(Store fixture for trying out the inks to be installed at 12 stores)

*Late autumn (November) [Street lined with gingko trees (gingko)/bonfire]

The leaves dropped from the gingko trees lined up on the street create a beautiful golden yellow carpet while bonfire is built on rice fields after harvesting.

*Shiwasu (December) [Christmas (holly leaves)/Joya no Kane (New Year’s Eve bell) (bell tower)]

Display windows with Christmas cakes decorated with holly leaves and red bellies.
The magnificent sound of the New Year’s Eve bells echoes far and wide.

*New Year (January) [Kagami mochi (a decoration for the New Year) (daidai orange)]

Traditional “Kagami mochi” New Year decoration displayed on a Japanese-style alcove “tokonoma.” A small Japanese bitter orange “daidai” is placed on top of the rice cakes to celebrate.

*Seasonal tradition represents things, scenes and cultures particular to a certain season.
